Domaine THOMAS COLLARDOT

​One of the smallest estates in Burgundy (2.50 hectares). Located in the commune of Puligny Montrachet, the birthplace of the most renowned white wines, the estate produces only a few cuvées, each in small quantities, from particularly well-situated plots. Their wines are obviously difficult to obtain, and while rarity does not always mean quality, in this case we have both; their ‘simple’ white Burgundy is already on a par with some renowned Puligny Montrachet wines.

Domaine Nathalie Vigot
One of the smallest domain in Côte de Nuits, located in Vosne Romanee, Nathalie produces very delicate wines. She uses 100% whole bunch which makes interesting aromatic revealing not only fruits but also pepper, leather, old dry wood (not the vanilla one). Her wines are more ethereal than massive, this should please the pinot noir lovers. Minuscule quantities
