This "new" domain is now taking care of the parcels in Coteaux Bourguignons of the famous Nathalie Vigot in Vosne Romanee. This wine is a mix of Chardonnay and Aligoté coming from very old vines (80years+). The Aligoté gives tension and freshness while the Chardonnay brings some roundness to the wine, this permits him to accompany cheese, cheese raclette, cheese fondue or simply for aperitif.
